Susan has over 8 years’ experience in Enterprise Development, Entrepreneurship, Youth Empowerment, applied research, monitoring and Evaluation. She holds a Bachelor of commerce, Finance major from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa. She is a certified trainer in the International Labour Organization’s (ILO) Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) training programme.
She has previously supported various organizations including the International Labour Organization, Health Rights Advocacy Forum (HERAF), and Eastern Africa National Network of Aids Service Organizations (EANNASO) providing project support in coordination of formal and informal enterprise development interventions working closely with Micro and Small Enterprises, private sector as well as the public sector components. Coordination of training and mentorship programs, rapporteuring during trainings and conferences, supporting missions, monitoring Project activities and updating the projects scorecard, database management among other duties.
