Josphat is a certified ILO-SIYB Trainer, Mentor, and Coach with over 7 years of experience specializing in assisting young entrepreneurs in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. He is also a certified UN Career in Climate Action Expert with a strong passion in promoting Community Development, Agribusiness and Food Security. He also has a particular interest in the blue economy sector.
Josphat is a results-driven and innovative leader with a dynamic and highly effective leadership style. He has a proven track record of empowering entrepreneurs and fostering sustainable community development and business growth. His dedication has earned him awards and invitations to both local and international high-level events, including the Kenyan Parliament, the UN Ocean Decade Conference in Barcelona, and the Food and Agricultural Organization of the UN in Rome, where he has contributed to discussions aimed at addressing the negative impacts of climate change, creating a favorable environment for humanity, entrepreneurship, and tackling food insecurity.
Additionally, Josphat is a graduate of the University of Nairobi with a Bachelor of Science degree in Rangeland Management. He is also a seasoned Research Consultant with extensive experience in Monitoring and Evaluation.
